HOW IT WORKS

Built around your wall.

Unlike pre-fabricated panels, Tenso Wall is built entirely on site — measured, cut, and tensioned to fit your exact dimensions. There are no standard sizes because no two walls are the same.

Concealed Track

A concealed track is fixed to the wall surface and shaped to your exact perimeter, including curves, and corners. Available in square, bevel, or radius profiles. No visible frame, no exposed fixings.

The Acoustic Core

A polyester acoustic core (minimum 60% recycled content) is fitted within the track. At 50mm it achieves Class A absorption or Class B at 25mm. Mineral wool or glass wool options available.

Your Fabric Choice

Almost any fabric can be used — any colour, custom prints or brand graphics. The fabric is tensioned to a smooth, wrinkle-free finish. Most carry the EU Ecolabel and meet LEED criteria.

The Tenso track is the foundation of our system — a concealed aluminium framework that holds the fabric under tension. Its flexibility allows for fast installation, seamless integration, and complete design freedom.

Two profiles are used: perimeter (forming the outer edge, often fabric-wrapped) and centre (where fabrics meet with a refined pencil join). The depth of the track determines absorption levels, with options in 25mm, and 50mm.

Available in square, bevel, or radius profiles, the Tenso track can be shaped to fit curves, corners, and complex forms with precision.

Every Tenso Wall installation is carried out by our in-house specialist team — no subcontractors, no handoffs. We manage the process from site survey to final tension check.

01 Site and measurement

We measure your walls precisely, accounting for any irregularities, reveals, or architectural features.

02 Track fabrication and fixing

Track is cut and mitred to your exact dimensions on site, then fixed to the wall surface. Curves and complex profiles are shaped by hand for a precise fit.

03 Core fitting

The acoustic core is cut to size and secured within the track.

04 Fabric tensioning and finish

Fabric is tucked and tensioned to a smooth, seamless finish — no wrinkles, no visible joins at corners. Where panels meet, a refined pencil join conceals the track entirely.
